Welling is a Charlotte-based residential developer creating thoughtfully designed homes across every segment of the market, from quality affordable housing to luxury and ultra-luxury residences. We are not a general contractor. Instead, we partner with some of the region’s finest GCs while remaining focused on what we do best: identifying exceptional land, creating distinctive homes, and delivering residences designed for lasting value.

Our vetted general contractor partners build to our specifications, and we check quality at every milestone.
Sale & delivery
From listing through certificate of occupancy and closing, we manage the full sale and deliver a finished home that outperforms the market.
